Outbox Labs has successfully developed products, including ReachInbox, Mailverify, Zapmail and Referral Stack.
As a founding designer, I have successfully designed and launched four different products, driving significant impact and results. I designed MailVerify.ai, an email verification tool that generated $18K in revenue within two weeks of launch, leading to a 30% increase in user adoption and improving email deliverability. I also redesigned the domain purchase flow for Zapmail, streamlining the user experience and reducing friction, which resulted in a 26% increase in conversions. Additionally, I collaborated with cross-functional teams to implement key features in ReachInbox, such as Warmup and customer audit logs, achieving a 20% improvement in workflow efficiency. Furthermore, I designed the Referral Stack product, an affiliate marketing platform that empowers SaaS startups to launch and scale affiliate programs effectively.

Contributed to designing and implementing a comprehensive Health Sales Portal for Al Rajhi Takaful, targeting B2B, B2E, and B2C markets. Applied user-centered design principles to enhance the user experience for brokers, agents, and customers. Designed key features such as Quick Quote listing, Detailed Quote Generation, Policy Listing, and Quick Quote PDF Link. Conducted A/B testing to validate designs, achieving a 20% increase in lead conversions.

Redesigned the login flow, increasing the success rate from 30.27% to 46.9%. Developed a search bar boosting search-to-purchase rates by 4.6% and revamped the doctor consultation page, raising conversions from 31.2% to 54.8%. Created intuitive homepage elements to enhance the brand’s value proposition.
